19.04.2016 Presentation of the new model ER7000 (A) (M) The new Roots blower ER7000 has a nominal suction speed of 5900m³/h at 50Hz and 7100m³/h at 60Hz. We offer the pump in the basic version with an oil lip seal. The following types of sealing are also available:
Mechanical seal (ER7000M) Mechanical 5-point seal (ER7000AM)
Like all other ELIVAC products, this pump is equipped with NSK bearings and SKF seals. The pump is delivered with a high-class balancing and with a CE certificate. Parts coatings (Ni-P, PTFE, PFA), inlet filters and pressure-vessel coolers can be offered as an option.
19.04.2016 Tests of the new ERLC3500 as prevacuum pump for metal degassing plants. A new large liquid ring pump of the type ERLC3500 was tested on our test stand for use as a prevacuum pump in vacuum degassing plants. The pump has a suction capacity of 3280m³/h at 50Hz and 3950m³/h at 60Hz. The machines are operated either with 110kW (50Hz) or 132kW (60Hz) motors.
